James T. Freeman
Jay Freeman’s practice focuses on business and real estate law, including business litigation. Mr. Freeman has been engaged in private law practice in Sacramento since 1973. He was a partner in Diepenbrock, Wulff, Plant & Hannegan, and served as chairman of that firm’s executive committee. In 1998, he became one of the founding partners of Goldsberry, Freeman & Guzman. Mr. Freeman has served on the California State Bar’s Committee on Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies and is a co-author of Advising California Partnerships published by California’s Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB). His current practice emphasizes business and real estate transactions. He also has extensive experience in business and real estate litigation.
