John S. Gilmore
John Gilmore is a veteran trial lawyer who has handled cases before state and federal courts in northern and central California for over 40 years. Mr. Gilmore is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried to conclusion over 100 civil jury trials. He joined the firm in 1999, after being one of the lead trial lawyers at Diepenbrock, Wulff, Plant & Hannegan since 1971. Mr. Gilmore continues as an active trial lawyer at Goldsberry, Freeman, Guzman & Ditora, emphasizing healthcare, transportation, contract and other business litigation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the California State Railroad Museum and a member of the U.C. Davis Medical Center Leadership Council.
