Francis M. Goldsberry, II
Mac Goldsberry is an experienced civil litigator, handling complex environmental litigation, products liability, trade
regulation and a wide variety of business litigation matters. Mr. Goldsberry served in the office of the Air Force Judge
Advocate General. He later became an Assistant United States Attorney rising to the Chief of the Civil Division in 1978.
In 1981he was named United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California. He subsequently entered private
practice and, in 1998, was a founding partner of Goldsberry, Freeman & Guzman. His current practice emphasizes
environmental litigation for both public and private clients and complex business litigation in both federal and state
courts.
