Cyrus A. Johnson

Cyrus Johnson's practice focuses on the representation of clients with their tax and estate planning needs, planning for family wealth management and counseling in the area of business succession issues for family-owned businesses. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law, California Board of Legal Specialization, the State Bar of California. He has lectured on tax subjects for the U.S.C. Tax Institute, the California State Bar Continuing Legal Education Programs, the University of California Davis, Extension Division, and various accounting and business organizations. He was formerly a trial attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, Regional Counsel's Offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, an Adjunct Professor of Law at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, a Vice-Chairman of the California State Bar Tax Committee, and President of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council.
