Forrest A. Plant, Sr.

Forrest Plant has been practicing in Sacramento for over 50 years. His current practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration. He was a named partner in Diepenbrock, Wulff, Plant & Hannegan until he joined Goldsberry, Freeman, Guzman & Ditora in an of-counsel status in 1999. Mr. Plant has been active in both civic and professional affairs over his career. He has served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar and, from 1970 to 1971, served as President of the California State Bar. He has also served as President of the Sacramento County Bar, chairman of the California Law Revision Commission, and member of the Executive Committee of the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference. In 1995, Mr. Plant received both the Boalt Hall Citation Award and the Sacramento County Bar Association Lawyer of the Year Award.
