Alan M. Steinberg

Alan Steinberg is a civil litigator emphasizing business, contract, commercial, real property, and consumer warranty disputes. Mr. Steinberg practiced in Santa Rosa and Sacramento before joining Goldsberry, Freeman & Guzman in 2003. He is an experienced litigator in a variety of actions, including personal injury matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, toxic tort litigation, and defense of professionals (attorneys, architects, real estate brokers and agents, and doctors) against negligence and malpractice claims. Mr. Steinberg has successfully tried matters in both state and federal courts. He is also active in the Sacramento community, currently serving on the boards of the Jewish Federation of the Sacramento Region and Congregation B'nai Israel, previously serving as president of the Land Park Community Association, and is a member of the California Restaurant Association and Sacramento County Bar Association.
